ARRIVAL & DEPATURE: On the day of arrival, the rooms/suites or apartments can be occupied no later than 4 p.m. In return, we will provide them until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We ask for your understanding. In case of late arrival after 7 p.m.,
please contact us.
PAYMENT: € 400,00 (free of charge) per room/per suite or apartment by bank transfer

GROUP PRICES on request
DOGS/PETS: € 19,00 per night (without food). We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurants and in the wellness area.
OPTIONS: If you have an option (= provisional holding of a room until a certain date) and do not make a fixed reservation by this date, the option will automatically expire after this date.
SHORT STAY: For a short stay (up to 3 days) a surcharge of 10% maybe applied.
SMOKING: Our house is completely smoke-free.
RESERVATION: The reservation is only valid in writing - fax/mail/post.
If a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the general terms and conditions
for the hotel industry apply. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ, the
prices listed in the price list always apply. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only possible in writing. You will also receive a written confirmation from us.
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
The cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations apply at the Alpina.
With receipt of the reservation confirmation you accept the applicable GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY.
In the event of a booking, cancellation or early departure, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Companies apply. Place of jurisdiction: St. Johann im Pongau. Should you not be able to make use of your stay at the Hotel Alpina, we will do our very best to relet your room. Should we not find another guest, the cancellation conditions apply:
> For cancellations 1 month before the arrival date, 40% will be charged,
> up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 %.
> in the last week before the arrival day 90 % of the booked amount will be charged.
> In the event of a no show, 100 % of the booked turnover will be charged.
Deposits paid will be credited to your customer account if you are unable to travel due to events.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE - TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, death of the insured person or family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. You can find more information on the following homepage: www.europaeische.at
WLAN: free of charge in the entire house
MEANS OF PAYMENT: cash, EC card (A, D, NL), for credit cards we accept Visa or Mastercard or also a transfer free of charge before arrival.
Price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes in offers reserved. With the publication of the new price list all previous ones lose their validity!
